General information about the national YG network

Croatian Young Generation Network is a part of the Croatian Nuclear Society (HND), and it was founded on 3^rd March 1999. At the 1st YGN gathering several goals and tasks were defined and adopted:

• inviting young experts and students to join YGN

• education and training of the young experts

• knowledge and experience transition between generations of nuclear experts

• establishing and maintaining of international contacts

• active participation in international projects

• active partaking in the HND activities

• communication with public

• organization of the seminars and expert meetings

• encouraging and supporting young experts to attend conferences, workshops and seminars

• involving students in YGN activities and promotion of the nuclear studies among the students

• reporting on YGN activities to the members and the general public
