BNES Core Committee Meeting and Social in Oxford 20^th April

The YGN held it second Core committee of 2007 at Harwell Oxford Hosted by UKAEA, a social event was held for the committee and local members sponsored BY British Nuclear Group

BNES YGN Rough Guide – reactor Systems, 26 – 28 March 2007

The YGN held its annual guide to the reactor system in March. As in previous years, the seminar was fully booked months in advance of it occurring 40 people. The seminar included presentations from industry, regulators and government and was supported by technical tours JET, Hinkley B And Dictot A – The event made 10,000 Euros Profit. BNES North West Annual Dinner 17^th May 2007

The YGN were kindly given a Table for the North West Annual dinner, in recognition of our hard work, local and nationally in supporting the BNES aims. The after dinner speaker was Sir Digby Jones (far right) Sir Digby was the Previous Head of Confederation of British Industry, and a keen support of Nuclear Energy.
