Cooperation agreements

ENS is able to provide local and national nuclear societies, the academic world and industrial partners with a clear and transparent framework for co-operation that makes maximum use of available skills, resources and the latest scientific data. The ENS Programme Committee assesses the technical content of every programme for its originality, excellence, quality and scientific added value. It also explores every possible way that ENS can help make the event a success.

Various models of cooperation between your organisation ENS models can be used. Basic cooperation models include:

In Cooperation

‘In Cooperation’ is when one of the partners acts as a service provider while full financial responsibility remains with the other partner.

Jointly Organised

In exceptional cases, ENS might request a risk sharing agreement be reached with the partner. In this case the conference will be announced as a ‘Jointly Organised’ one and will be organized based on a shared profit/loss format.

Embedded Meeting

An “embedded meeting” is a conference organised by ENS within a major existing conference organized by the partner.

For further details on these and other matters, as well as details regarding each party’s responsibilities, please contact the ENS Secretariat.
