Networking is a major benefit of the NESTet conference and social events help connect the conference delegates.

Welcome Drink

Get in touch before the conference starts at the NESTet Welcome Drink. The Welcome Drink will take place from 18.00 – 19.00 on Sunday 17 November at the conference venue - The Faculty of Industrial Engineering

It will be preceded by a Pre-registration which ensures a smooth registration prior to the conference.

Conference dinner

The NESTet Conference Dinner will take place on Monday 18 November 2013, 19.30 h, at the Palacio del Negralejo restaurant.

Palacio del Negralejo has a long and reach history. According to the history between the years 1590 and 1600 there was a small castle here called "Negrales". On the remains of this castle, of which part of the cellars, and passages still preserves, the Figueroa family had their country palace built in 1790. In the 19th century the Marquis of Villamejor, a great enthusiast of racehorse breeding, founded his famous stables here. By 1982, the owner family decided to turn the palace into a restaurant and a meeting and events place. The same year The Palacio del Negralejo opened to general public. Step by step the former venues suffered transformations and extensions to reach its current dimension, becoming then, and until now, a national reference of quality and good service. The NESTet 2013 delegates will have a great opportunity to explore the Spanish culture by tasting excellent basque-castilian dishes, wine and experience the vibrant flamenco dances.

Palacio del Negralejo

The NESTet Dinner is included in the NESTet 2013 registration fee for delegates. You will find your dinner ticket in the conference bag. Please bring it with you, it will be requested at the entrance.

Farewell session

After the announcement of Poster Award winner the NESTet 2013 delegates will have the last opportunity to get-together during the Cava&Tapas Farewell, which will take place on Wednesday, 20 November 2013 from 13:30 – 14:30 in the exhibition area of the conference venue.
