What is included in the registration fee?

Reduced registration fee
There is a reduced fee for the following registration categories:
- ENS Members
The membership rate applies to all individual members of ENS Member Societies
and staff of ENS Corporate Members. Please refer to http://www.euronuclear.org/aboutus/memberspage.htm for
the full list of ENS members.
- Members of the Young Generation Network
The age limit is 35 years. Please send us a copy of your ID card or passport
along with your registration form.
- Professionals from Central and Eastern European countries
The following countries are considered Central and Eastern European countries:
Belarus, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Lithuania, Poland,
Romania, Russian Federation, Serbia and Montenegro, Slovak Republic, Slovenia,
Ukraine.
Deadlines
There is no conference registration deadline date, However you
do need reserve in advance your participation in the Technical Tour:
- For EU citizens: 9 February 2005 (1 week prior)
- For non-EU citizens: 15 January 2005 (1 month prior)
Provide your date of birth, ID or passport details in the appropriate
section when your complete your registration form.
Opening hours of registration desk
The opening hours of the registration desk on site in Paris will be as follows:
- Sunday 13 February 2005: 15.00-19.00
- Monday 14 February 2005: 08.00-17.30
- Tuesday 15 February 2005: 08.30-17.30
- Wednesday 16 February 2005: 08.30-14.00
