Convention of 29^th July 1960 on the third party liability in the field of nuclear energy (Paris Convention on Third Party Liability in the Field of Nuclear Energy), announcement of the amended version dated 15^th July 1985 in the Federal Law Gazette, Part II, p. 963. International convention to ensure that persons who suffer damage from a nuclear incident receive adequate and fair compensation and simultaneously to take the measures necessary to ensure an unhindered development of the generation and use of nuclear energy for peaceful purposes.
