Cost Ordinance

The Cost Ordinance under the Atomic Energy Act (AtKostV - Atomrechtliche Kostenverordnung) dated 17^th December 1981, last amended 20^th July 2001, governs the imposition of fees and expenses by the competent authorities pursuant to §§ 23 and 24 of the Atomic Energy Act for their decisions on applications in accordance with the Atomic Energy Act and the measures of state supervision.
