scroll

The Environmental Impact Assessment is an official administrative procedure to help come to a decision about the admissibility of a project. An Environmental Impact Assessment comprises the ascertainment, description and assessment of the effects of a project on humans, animals and plants, on the soil, water, air, climate and landscape - also looking at the respective interactions – as well as on cultural and other material goods. It is performed with public involvement. The Environmental Impact Assessment Act is annexed with a list of projects which will have to undergo an Environmental Impact Assessment.
