Incident sequence analysis
scroll
Methodical examination of the sequence of an incident.
The incident sequence analysis is used to determine physical, chemical
and technical processes during the course of an incident as well as
to establish its effect regarding type and quantity of radionuclides
released during the incident. The possible conclusions on the quality
of the examined technical system based on the incident sequence analysis
generally result in measures designed to increase system safety and
reliability.
