Measure for the leaching behaviour of solids in liquids. For instance the following is valid for solidified radioactive waste in boiling distilled water:

Cemented waste 10^-2 to 10^-3 g/cm² · day,
Vitrified waste 10^-5 to 10^-7 g/cm² · day.
