Nuclear Licensing Procedures Ordinance

The ordinance on the Procedure for Licensing Facilities pursuant to Section 7 of the Atomic Energy Act (Atomrechtliche Verfahrensverordnung - AtVfV) of 28^th February 1977, last amended 23^rd March 2003, governs the procedure for granting a permit, partial permit or a provisional decision for the facilities referred to in Section 7 Para. 1 and 5 of the Atomic Energy Act. The AtVfV governs above all the participation of third parties and the discussion date. (See 'discussion date')
