This ordinance (Atomrechtliche Zuverlässigkeitsüberprüfungsverordnung) of 1^st July 1999, amended 11^th October 2002, governs the procedure and competences for examining the required thrustworthiness of persons to protect against the theft or considerable release of radioactive substances pursuant to the Atomic Energy Act.
