Nuclear Financial Security Ordinance

The Ordinance Concerning the Financial Security Pursuant to the Atomic Energy Act (Atomrechtliche Deckungsvorsorge-Verordnung - AtDeckV) dated 25^th January 1977, last amended by article 9 of the act dated 23^rd November 2007, governs the financial security for plants and activities where there is a possibility of a liability according to international treaties or according to the Atomic Energy Act. The financial security can be provided by a liability insurance or an indemnity or warranty obligation by a third party.
