Poster Sessions
These provide an excellent forum for participants
to present their work in an informal and interactive setting.
A poster can allow for a clearer and more reflective presentation
process, especially if it involves statistics or visually oriented
content. In addition, the narrative of every poster, including
main points and conclusions, can be highlighted and therefore
absorbed at everyone's own pace as they view it.
The goal is to develop a poster that encourages
and facilitates small groups of individuals, interested in a
specific theme, to gather and interact. The interactive poster
session is intended to promote continued discussion among interested
parties.
Each author will be expected to remain with
his/her poster presentation throughout the poster session on
the respective day. These sessions will take place during the
coffee breaks scheduled throughout the meeting.
All posters require submission of the poster
abstract form no later than 26 January 2004.
