UJV REZ provides comprehensive services focused on applied research, development and innovation, particularly in the field of peaceful use of nuclear energy and sources of ionizing radiation. Projects are also implemented under grant programs and commercial contracts.
Research Center REZ as daughter organisation of UJV REZ
The main aim of the research organisation is research, development and innovations in the field of power generation (especially nuclear). CVŘ owns unique research infrastructure such as experimental research reactors LVR-15 and LR-0 and technological experimental circuits.
„Users“ of the CVR Research Infrastructures can be individuals, teams and institutions from academia, business, industry and public services of the ERA (European Research Area). The primary objective of the RI is creation of new knowledge, products, processes, methods and systems in the area of nuclear and non-nuclear power generation technologies within the scope of CVR RI. Teams can include researchers, doctoral candidates, technical staff and students participating in research in the framework of their studies.
