The Slovak Nuclear Society (ENS Member Society) is pleased to invite you to the QEM 2026 (Nuclear Quality Management) Conference, which will take place on 6-7 October 2026 at Energoland, located next to the Mochovce Nuclear Power Plant, Slovakia.

Following the successful editions of QEM 2024 and QEM 2025, we aim to continue building a professional platform that brings together nuclear facility operators, suppliers, regulatory authorities, research organizations, universities, and the wider professional community. QEM is gradually becoming a recognized forum where nuclear industry experts meet to discuss practical experience, current challenges, and the future of quality management within the energy sector.

This year’s conference will focus primarily on:

  • Quality culture and nuclear safety culture,
  • Requirements of ISO 19443 and ASME NQA-1 and their practical implementation,
  • Supply chain management in the nuclear industry,
  • Supplier qualification and evaluation,
  • Risk management and lessons learned from operation and new build projects,
  • Quality control and inspection activities,
  • Experience from national and international nuclear projects,
  • Digitalization of quality management processes,
  • Development of professional competencies and human resources in the nuclear industry.
