RAMTrans is the conference dedicated to all aspects of packaging for the transport, storage and disposal of radioactive and nuclear materials. Curated by a Steering Committee made up of leading professionals from the nuclear transport sector in the UK and Europe, RAMTrans 2024 will provide an international forum for designers, operators, research organisations and regulators from around the world to share their expertise on successes and challenges, plus an extended opportunity to renew and develop professional and business contacts.

The conference will be complemented by a reception and a 3-course gala dinner on the second evening. This will take place in the fantastic setting of the Energy Hall and the transport-related exhibits in the Making the Modern World gallery at the Science Museum, London. This will offer a striking space in which to dine and network which showcases the past and present of Britain’s engineering history and its achievements since the Industrial Revolution.

As with previous conferences in this series, the conference will be complemented by an exhibition in which suppliers of relevant products and services are invited to participate.

The provisional agenda and speaker list are now available on the event website.
