Orano Joins ENS As A New Corporate Member
Following the approval of the ENS General Assembly, we are glad to announce that Orano has joined the European Nuclear Society as a new Corporate Member, effective 9th June 2026.
Orano is a French multinational company operating across the nuclear fuel cycle and providing products and services to support low-carbon electricity generation and advanced medical applications.
With activities spanning mining, uranium conversion and enrichment, fuel manufacturing, used fuel management, recycling, logistics and dismantling, the company supports nuclear operators throughout the full lifecycle of nuclear facilities. Orano also develops solutions in areas such as radioactive waste management, isotope production and circular approaches to nuclear materials.
Operating internationally, Orano contributes to strengthening energy security, supporting industrial innovation and advancing sustainable nuclear technologies for energy and healthcare applications.
